- Onsite production managers with extensive experience - Production mapping and real time production analysis - Onsite administration - Multi-vendor coordination and data tracking system - Biometric time clock systems - Staffing fill ratio modeling - Quality control
Onsite management: IMS has over 35 full time production managers, supervisors and leads on staff with extensive experience in all facets of distribution and warehousing.
Production mapping: IMS is able to provide detailed labor cost metrics, forecasts, and performance feedback from a detailed analysis of your operations. By mapping your production operation and key metrics, IMS can incorporate this into its data systems and integrate with its labor tracking to provide timely and accurate cost analysis for your operation.
Onsite administration: For large staffing operations, IMS will provide a full time administrator to help administer all of the above services.
Multi-vendor management: Large staffing operations often rely on multiple vendors to meet their staffing requirements. This often creates difficulty in managing headcount, billing, cost tracking, and timely reporting. IMS has developed a proprietary vendor management system that provides real time reporting and tracking of staffing headcount, hours, and vendor performance.
Biometric time clock system: For large operations, real time labor analysis is vital. IMS has integrated a biometric time clock system into its data systems that provides very accurate and fast time and attendance information.
Staffing Fill Rate Modeling: For large staffing accounts (10 to 200+), IMS has developed a comprehensive predictive model that takes into account historical no show rates, turnover, illness, holidays, and weather to help clients achieve staffing headcount objectives.
Quality Control: Costs are important, but without quality of service delivery, they quickly become irrelevant. IMS managers can work with your staff to develop and/or implement a quality control program for your contingent work force to ensure you maximize your service delivery.
