About Us
History Integrated Management Systems (IMS) was founded in 1996 in Renton, Washington by Dean Dorcas and Dan Keto, who were classmates at the United States Naval Academy. Since its inception, the company has focused on ways to help its clients improve the productivity of its distribution and production workforce. IMS was the first company in the Northwest to offer clients guaranteed fixed pricing for its supervised work crews. In order to assume the risk associated with fixed pricing, IMS developed productivity systems based on the principles used by the Naval Academy crew team to achieve top performance. The combination of individual performance metrics and team-based rewards create a goal-driven environment which results in an average increase in workforce productivity of 30%. After several years of managing production crews, IMS developed a systematized methodology to help its clients consistently improve productivity using production analysis, employee performance metrics, incentive systems and comprehensive HR programs.
